Sometimes in the morning the first time she tries to drag something Outlook crashes but it works after that. Then after a couple of days the problem stopped, this problem had been going on for months.
I have installed the latest version for two users and for one of the users the problem wasn't fixed initially (she was unable to drag meetings, emails or attachments).
The entries in the log file are from an hour we reproduced this so it looks like the process is not writing to the file. If you Close Myob then Re open Myop and Outlook you can again send two emails before Myob Crashes The two stuck in the outbox may or may not send If this was a list of emails "not sending one at a time" then the first two will be stuck in the OUtbox and the rest will be missing. When emailing From Myob the First two EMails send. We Have Myob 2020.2 and are Using Office 365(Outlook, word etc) and CRM Dynaminc 365 (8.2)
